Christian Davis turned in quite a performance Sunday afternoon at the Physical Education Complex on the campus of Jamestown Community College.

The 6-foot-3 guard from Ellenwood, Georgia poured in 37 points to lead the Jamestown Jackals to a 131-125 victory over the Rochester Area All-Stars in an exhibition basketball game before a large crowd and enthusiastic crowd.

Five other Jackals scored in double figures — Kevin Crescenzi had 20 points, Anthony Allen added 16, Christian Bradley collected 14, Oswinn Hines had 12 and Chiza Ntirata chipped in 10.

Davis shot 10 of 16 from the field and 16 of 20 from the foul line; grabbed seven rebounds, dished out five assists and had one steal.

Hines hauled in 12 rebounds, Bradley had eight, while Allen, a 7-footer from Bridgeport, Connecticut, and Ntirata each grabbed seven apiece. In addition to his 20 points, Crescenzi dished out five assists.

Brian Jackson led the Rochester Area All-Stars with 27 points, Terry George had 23, Boris Calhoun added 22, Adrian Fenyn had 20, and Isaac Medeiros and Mark Saladzius chipped in 14 and 10 respectively. Fenyn also had 21 rebounds.

The Jackals’ next home game is at 4 p.m. next Sunday against the Rochester Razor Sharks in a Premier Basketball League contest.
