The Southwestern Jackals defeated Panama 23-21 to claim Tom Buttafaro Youth Basketball league championship in the girls 6th-8th grade category. The Jackals were down 17-13 before rallying to win the championship. The team is coached by Chris Davis of the Jamestown Jackals.
